The certification test consists of two parts (on two different days):

  1. The first part involves testing Dutch reading and listening (duration: 2 hours). The test is digital and consists of multiple-choice questions. If you pass, you can immediately make an appointment for the second part of the test.
  2. The second part of the test consists of writing and speaking exercises (duration: 2 hours).

How much does a certification test cost?

Pre-screening is free. A certification test costs €180.

When will you receive the result?

You will receive an email with your result within three weeks of sitting part 2 of the test .
